These 0.5 and 2.0-ml vials are molded from high purity, low-metal content amber polypropylene copolymer (PPCO) resin. The vials are skirted, with conical interiors to allow recovery of entire contents. Vials and closures (listed separately) are pressure-tested together at 7.5 PSIG for air shipment. Vials and closures meet requirements of FDA CRF21 177.1520 for food and beverage use, USP Class VI and are non-pyrogenic. Single-use vials can be centrifuged at 13,000 x g.
